Are my sessions in-person or virtual?
We offer both in-person and virtual counseling. Mondays are reserved for virtual sessions only, while Tuesday through Thursday you can choose either in-person or virtual. Online sessions are held through secure, HIPAA-compliant software, and you’ll receive a private link at the time of your appointment.
Do you accept insurance or can I use an HSA?
Each 50 minute session is a flat rate of $130. Unfortunately we are not in network with any insurance providers. We can provide you with a super bill that can be submitted towards your Out of Network deductible. HSA, FSA, credit and debt cards are all accepted.
What if I have to cancel a session?
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so anytime through Square (the scheduling software you’ll use) just make sure it’s at least 24 hours before your session. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice are charged at the full session rate.
Are you located in a church?
Yes! The office is located inside Our Lord’s United Methodist Church near Beloit Rd. and Sunny Slope Rd. Since the church also rents space to a preschool, the doors stay locked for safety. When you arrive, we’ll meet you at the door on the left side of the building right at your appointment time.
